Psychological Treatment
Psychological treatment, often referred to as therapy, involves various techniques to help individuals manage mental health issues. This can include talking therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which focuses on changing negative thought patterns, or psychodynamic therapy, which explores unconscious processes.
Therapists, including psychologists and psychiatrists, work with clients to identify problems and develop coping strategies. Treatment can be conducted in individual, group, or family settings, and may also incorporate medication when necessary to support mental well-being.
