Frederica of Greece
Frederica of Greece was born on April 18, 1917, in Berlin, Germany. She was a member of the Greek royal family, the daughter of Prince Andrew of Greece and Denmark and Princess Alice of Battenberg. Frederica became the Queen of Greece when she married King Paul of Greece in 1938.
As queen, Frederica was known for her charitable work and support of various social causes. She played a significant role in promoting Greek culture and heritage. Frederica's reign ended with the abolition of the monarchy in Greece in 1973, and she passed away on February 6, 1981, in Madrid, Spain.
