Adam's Bridge
Adam's Bridge, also known as Rama Setu, is a chain of limestone shoals that connects the southeastern coast of India to Sri Lanka. It stretches approximately 30 kilometers (18.6 miles) and is believed to be a natural formation, although some legends attribute its creation to the ancient Hindu epic, the Ramayana.
The bridge is situated between the Palk Strait and the Gulf of Mannar. It is a significant geographical feature and has been the subject of various studies regarding its formation and ecological importance. The area is also known for its rich biodiversity, including coral reefs and marine life.
