WODs
A "WOD" stands for "Workout of the Day." It is a specific set of exercises designed to be completed in a single training session, often used in CrossFit and other fitness programs. WODs can vary in intensity, duration, and type of exercise, including strength training, cardio, and functional movements.
Typically, WODs are structured to challenge participants and improve their overall fitness. They may include a combination of weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Many gyms post daily WODs to encourage community participation and keep workouts fresh and engaging.
