Sufi Practitioners
Sufi practitioners, often referred to as Sufis, are individuals who follow Sufism, a mystical branch of Islam. They seek a deeper, personal connection with God through various spiritual practices, including meditation, chanting, and dancing. Sufism emphasizes love, compassion, and the inner dimensions of faith.
Sufis often belong to specific orders or tariqas, each with its own teachings and rituals. They may gather in zawiyas or spiritual centers to engage in communal worship and learning. The ultimate goal of Sufi practitioners is to achieve spiritual enlightenment and union with the divine.
