Puszcza Białowieska
Puszcza Białowieska, or the Białowieża Forest, is a UNESCO World Heritage site located on the border between Poland and Belarus. It is one of the last and largest remaining parts of the primeval forest that once covered much of Europe. The forest is home to diverse flora and fauna, including the iconic European bison, which is the continent's heaviest land animal.
