Lala Hardayal
Lala Hardayal was an influential Indian nationalist and revolutionary born on October 23, 1884, in Punjab. He played a significant role in the Indian independence movement, advocating for the end of British rule in India. Hardayal was known for his strong beliefs in self-determination and was a prominent figure in the Ghadar Party, which aimed to incite rebellion against British authorities.
In 1914, Hardayal moved to the United States, where he continued his activism by inspiring Indian expatriates to join the struggle for independence. He published various works, including the magazine Ghadar, which spread revolutionary ideas. Hardayal's efforts contributed to the growing discontent against colonial rule in India.
