Hero WODs
"Hero WODs" are special workout routines in the CrossFit community designed to honor fallen military personnel, first responders, and other heroes. Each Hero WOD is named after a specific individual, such as Navy SEAL Michael Murphy or Firefighter Stephen Siller.
