Fino Sherry
Fino Sherry is a type of dry white wine produced in the Jerez region of southern Spain. It is made primarily from the Palomino grape and is known for its light, crisp flavor profile. Fino undergoes a unique aging process called "biological aging," where it is protected from oxidation by a layer of yeast known as "flor." This process gives Fino its distinctive nutty and briny notes.
Typically served chilled, Fino Sherry pairs well with a variety of foods, including seafood, tapas, and cheese. It is often enjoyed as an aperitif and is characterized by its pale straw color and refreshing acidity.
