Duke Albrecht I of Bavaria
Duke Albrecht I of Bavaria, also known as Albrecht the Wise, was a prominent ruler in the late 13th and early 14th centuries. He was born in 1255 and became Duke of Bavaria in 1294. Albrecht was known for his efforts to strengthen the power of the Wittelsbach dynasty and for his role in the political landscape of the Holy Roman Empire.
