Constitutional Court of Mongolia
The Constitutional Court of Mongolia is a key judicial body responsible for interpreting the Constitution of Mongolia. Established in 1992, it ensures that laws and government actions comply with the Constitution, safeguarding the rights and freedoms of citizens.
The court consists of nine judges appointed by the President of Mongolia, the Parliament, and the Supreme Court. It plays a crucial role in resolving disputes related to constitutional matters and can declare laws unconstitutional, thereby maintaining the rule of law in the country.
