Supreme Court of Mongolia
The Supreme Court of Mongolia is the highest judicial authority in Mongolia, responsible for ensuring the uniform application of laws across the country. It oversees the judicial system and has the power to interpret laws, resolve disputes, and review decisions made by lower courts.
Established in 1924, the court plays a crucial role in upholding the rule of law and protecting citizens' rights. It consists of a Chief Justice and several judges, who are appointed by the President of Mongolia with approval from the State Great Khural, the national parliament.
