Cevapi
Cevapi are small, grilled sausages made from minced meat, typically a mix of beef and lamb. They are popular in the Balkans, especially in countries like Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Croatia. Cevapi are seasoned with spices such as salt, pepper, and garlic, giving them a distinct flavor. They are often served with flatbread, onions, and a red pepper-based condiment called ajvar.
Traditionally, cevapi are shaped into finger-sized links and cooked over an open flame or on a grill. They are a staple in Balkan cuisine and are commonly enjoyed at barbecues and family gatherings. Cevapi can be found in many restaurants and street food stalls throughout the region.
