阮朝
阮朝, or the Nguyễn Dynasty, was the last ruling dynasty of Vietnam, reigning from 1802 to 1945. Founded by Nguyễn Phúc Ánh, who later became Emperor Gia Long, the dynasty marked the unification of Vietnam after centuries of division. The dynasty is known for its efforts to modernize the country and its struggles against foreign powers.
During its rule, the 阮朝 faced significant challenges, including colonial pressures from France and internal conflicts. The dynasty's decline culminated in the abdication of the last emperor, Bảo Đại, in 1945, leading to the establishment of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
