William de Bohun
William de Bohun was an English nobleman born around 1310. He was the 1st Earl of Northampton and played a significant role during the Hundred Years' War. De Bohun was known for his military leadership and served as a commander in several battles, including the Battle of Crécy in 1346.
He was also a prominent figure in the royal court, being a close ally of King Edward III. De Bohun's marriage to Elizabeth de Badlesmere further strengthened his political connections. He died in 1360, leaving behind a legacy of loyalty and service to the English crown.
