Wheel Pose
Wheel Pose, or Chakrasana, is a backbending yoga posture that opens the chest and stretches the entire front body. To perform this pose, lie on your back, bend your knees, and place your feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Press your hands into the mat beside your head, fingers pointing toward your shoulders, and lift your hips and chest off the ground, creating an arch with your body.
This pose strengthens the arms, legs, and spine while improving flexibility. It also stimulates the thyroid and pituitary glands, enhancing overall vitality. Practicing Wheel Pose can help alleviate stress and improve mood by opening the heart chakra.
