Wei State
The Wei State was one of the three major states during the Three Kingdoms period in ancient China, existing from 220 to 265 AD. It was founded by Cao Cao, a prominent warlord and poet, who played a crucial role in the unification of northern China. The capital of Wei was located in Luoyang, which served as a political and cultural center.
Wei was known for its strong military and administrative systems, which helped it maintain power against rival states, Shu and Wu. The state eventually fell to Sima Yi and his descendants, leading to the establishment of the Jin Dynasty in 265 AD.
