Tooth Eruption
Tooth eruption is the process by which teeth emerge through the gums. This typically begins in infants around six months of age, starting with the lower front teeth. The complete set of primary teeth usually appears by age three, while permanent teeth begin to replace them around age six.
The timing and order of tooth eruption can vary among individuals. Generally, the first permanent molars and incisors come in first, followed by canines and premolars. Proper dental care during this time is essential to ensure healthy development and alignment of the teeth, as well as to prevent issues like cavities and gum disease.
