Thai Chili
Thai Chili refers to a variety of small, spicy peppers commonly used in Thai cuisine. These peppers, often called "bird's eye chilies," are known for their intense heat and vibrant flavor. They can be found in various colors, including green and red, and are typically used fresh, dried, or in sauces.
In addition to their culinary uses, Thai chilies are rich in vitamins A and C, as well as antioxidants. They are often added to dishes like som tam (papaya salad) and tom yum (spicy soup) to enhance flavor and provide a spicy kick.
