Single-Arm Row
The Single-Arm Row is a strength training exercise that targets the muscles in the back, particularly the latissimus dorsi, as well as the biceps and shoulders. To perform this exercise, you typically use a dumbbell or a kettlebell. The movement involves pulling the weight towards your torso while stabilizing your body with the opposite arm and knee on a bench.
To execute the Single-Arm Row, start by placing one knee and hand on a bench for support. With the other hand, grasp the weight and keep your back straight. Pull the weight towards your hip, squeezing your shoulder blade at the top of the movement, then lower it back down. This exercise helps improve upper body strength and stability.
