Prophet Muhammad's Family
Prophet Muhammad was born into the Quraysh tribe in Mecca around 570 CE. His father, Abdullah, died before his birth, and his mother, Amina, passed away when he was just six years old. He was raised by his grandfather and later by his uncle, Abu Talib.
At the age of 25, Muhammad married Khadijah, a wealthy widow, and they had several children together, including Fatimah, Zainab, Ruqayyah, Umm Kulthum, and Ibrahim. After Khadijah's death, he married several other women, including Aisha and Hafsa, forming a large family that played significant roles in early Islamic history.
