Non-Cooperation
Non-cooperation is a form of protest where individuals or groups refuse to participate in certain activities or comply with specific rules. This method is often used to express dissent against authority or to challenge unjust laws. It can take many forms, such as boycotts, strikes, or simply not following directives from those in power.
One famous example of non-cooperation is the Salt March led by Mahatma Gandhi in 1930. This event was part of the larger Indian independence movement against British colonial rule. By refusing to pay taxes on salt, Gandhi and his followers highlighted the unfairness of British laws and inspired many to join the cause for freedom.
