National Pan-Hellenic Council
The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) is an umbrella organization for nine historically Black Greek-letter organizations, often referred to as the "Divine Nine." Founded in 1930, the NPHC promotes unity and collaboration among its member organizations, which include Alpha Phi Alpha, Delta Sigma Theta, and Omega Psi Phi, among others. The council focuses on community service, academic excellence, and cultural awareness.
NPHC serves as a platform for these organizations to coordinate events, share resources, and address issues affecting their communities. It plays a vital role in fostering leadership and promoting the values of brotherhood and sisterhood among its members.
