Muscle-Up
A Muscle-Up is a compound exercise that combines a pull-up and a dip, allowing the athlete to transition from hanging below a bar to a position above it. This movement requires significant upper body strength, particularly in the back, shoulders, and arms, as well as core stability.
To perform a Muscle-Up, one starts by gripping a bar with both hands, pulling the body upward while simultaneously rotating the wrists. Once the chest reaches the bar, the athlete pushes down to extend the arms, finishing in a dip position. Mastering this exercise can enhance overall strength and athletic performance.
