Marjorie Bruce
Marjorie Bruce was the daughter of Robert the Bruce, the King of Scotland, and his first wife, Isabella of Mar. Born in the early 14th century, she played a significant role in Scottish history during a tumultuous period marked by the Wars of Scottish Independence.
Marjorie married Walter Stewart, the 6th High Steward of Scotland, and their union strengthened the ties between the royal family and the Stewart dynasty. Their son, Robert II of Scotland, became the first monarch of the House of Stewart, establishing a lineage that would rule Scotland for several centuries.
