Kurt Lewin's Change Model
Kurt Lewin's Change Model is a framework for understanding organizational change. It consists of three main stages: Unfreeze, Change, and Refreeze. In the Unfreeze stage, existing behaviors and processes are challenged to prepare for change. This involves creating awareness and motivation among individuals to embrace new ways of working.
In the Change stage, new behaviors and processes are implemented. This is where the actual transition occurs, and individuals learn new skills and adopt new practices. Finally, in the Refreeze stage, the changes are solidified, ensuring that the new behaviors become the norm and are integrated into the organization's culture.
