King Ghazi
King Ghazi was the ruler of Iraq from 1933 until his death in 1939. He was born in 1912 and became king after the abdication of his father, King Faisal I. Ghazi's reign was marked by political instability and efforts to strengthen Iraqi nationalism.
During his time as king, Ghazi faced challenges from various political factions and foreign influences. He was known for his opposition to British control in Iraq and sought to assert the country's independence. His reign ended abruptly when he died in a car accident, leading to the ascension of his son, King Faisal II.
