Kegel Exercises
Kegel Exercises are simple pelvic floor exercises designed to strengthen the muscles that support the bladder, uterus, and rectum. They involve repeatedly contracting and relaxing these muscles, which can help improve bladder control and enhance sexual function. Kegel exercises can be performed anywhere and do not require any special equipment.
To perform a Kegel exercise, first identify the correct muscles by trying to stop urination midstream. Once you locate these muscles, contract them for about five seconds, then relax for five seconds. Aim to repeat this process 10 to 15 times in a row, three times a day for optimal results.
