Kangkong
Kangkong, also known as water spinach, is a leafy green vegetable commonly found in Southeast Asia. It thrives in wet environments, often growing in shallow water or muddy soil. Kangkong has long, slender stems and broad, tender leaves, making it a popular ingredient in various dishes, especially in Filipino cuisine.
This vegetable is rich in vitamins A and C, as well as minerals like iron and calcium. Kangkong is often stir-fried, added to soups, or used in salads. Its mild flavor and crunchy texture make it a versatile choice for many recipes, contributing both nutrition and taste.
