Joan de Beaufort
Joan de Beaufort was born around 1379 and was a member of the English royal family. She was the daughter of John of Gaunt, the Duke of Lancaster, and Blanche of Lancaster. Joan married James I of Scotland in 1424, strengthening ties between England and Scotland.
