Isabella II
Isabella II was the Queen of Spain from 1833 until her abdication in 1868. She became queen at a young age after the death of her father, King Ferdinand VII. Her reign was marked by political instability, including civil wars and conflicts between liberals and conservatives.
During her time on the throne, Isabella II faced numerous challenges, including the Carlist Wars, which were fought over succession rights. Her rule ended when she was deposed in the Glorious Revolution, leading to the establishment of the First Spanish Republic. She spent the rest of her life in exile, primarily in France.
