Chocolate Types
There are three main types of chocolate: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate. Dark chocolate contains a higher percentage of cocoa solids and cocoa butter, giving it a rich flavor and less sweetness. It is often praised for its potential health benefits due to antioxidants.
Milk chocolate is sweeter and creamier, made with milk powder or condensed milk, which gives it a lighter taste. White chocolate, on the other hand, does not contain cocoa solids; instead, it is made from cocoa butter, sugar, and milk, resulting in a sweet and creamy product that lacks the characteristic chocolate flavor.
