White chocolate
White chocolate is a sweet confection made from cocoa butter, sugar, and milk solids. Unlike traditional chocolate, it does not contain cocoa solids, which gives it a creamy texture and a sweet, buttery flavor. It is often used in desserts, candies, and baking.
Although it is called "chocolate," white chocolate lacks the characteristic cocoa flavor found in dark and milk chocolates. The absence of cocoa solids means it does not have the same health benefits associated with dark chocolate, which is rich in antioxidants.
