Battle of Ferozeshah
The Battle of Ferozeshah was fought from December 21 to 22, 1845, during the First Anglo-Sikh War. This conflict took place near the town of Ferozeshah in present-day Punjab, India. The British East India Company, led by Sir Hugh Gough, faced the forces of the Sikh Empire, commanded by Ranjit Singh's successors.
