ناصرالدین شاه قاجار
ناصرالدین شاه قاجار was the fourth king of the {Qajar dynasty} in {Iran}, ruling from 1848 to 1896. He is known for modernizing aspects of the country, including the military and infrastructure, and for his efforts to introduce Western technology and education.
During his reign, Nasser al-Din Shah faced various challenges, including internal dissent and foreign pressures. His rule saw the signing of several treaties, such as the {Treaty of Turkmenchay}, which ceded territory to {Russia}. He was ultimately assassinated in 1896, marking the end of a significant era in Iranian history.
