عبد القادر الجيلاني
عبد القادر الجيلاني (Abdul Qadir al-Jilani) was a prominent Islamic scholar and Sufi mystic born in 1077 in Gilan, Persia. He is best known for founding the Qadiriyya order, one of the oldest Sufi brotherhoods, which emphasizes spiritual development and devotion to God. His teachings focused on the importance of inner purification and the pursuit of divine love.
He spent much of his life in Baghdad, where he attracted many followers through his sermons and writings. His most famous work, Futuh al-Ghaib, outlines his spiritual insights and guidance. Abdul Qadir al-Jilani is revered by many Muslims for his deep spirituality and commitment to the principles of Islam.
