collèges
In France, a "collège" is a type of secondary school that serves students aged 11 to 15. It typically covers four years of education, known as sixth grade through ninth grade. The curriculum includes a variety of subjects such as math, science, literature, and foreign languages, aiming to provide a well-rounded education.
At the end of their time in collège, students take the Diplôme National du Brevet (DNB) exam, which assesses their knowledge and skills. Successful completion of collège prepares students for further education in lycées, where they can pursue more specialized studies.
