Zeliangrong
The Zeliangrong is an ethnic group primarily found in the northeastern region of India, particularly in the states of Manipur, Nagaland, and Assam. They are known for their rich cultural heritage, which includes traditional music, dance, and festivals. The Zeliangrong people primarily speak the Zeliangrong language, which is part of the larger Tibeto-Burman language family.
The Zeliangrong community is composed of three major tribes: the Zeme, Liangmai, and Rongmei. They have a strong sense of identity and community, often engaging in agricultural practices and traditional crafts. Their social structure is organized around clans, and they celebrate various festivals that reflect their beliefs and customs.
