Vasili III
Vasili III was the Grand Prince of Moscow from 1505 until his death in 1533. He was the son of Ivan III and played a significant role in expanding the territory of the Grand Duchy of Moscow. Under his rule, he strengthened the central authority and continued the process of unifying the Russian lands.
Vasili III is known for his efforts to consolidate power and reduce the influence of the nobility. He also initiated reforms in administration and military organization. His reign set the stage for the future expansion of the Russian state under his son, Ivan IV, also known as Ivan the Terrible.
