Uroš III
Uroš III was a Serbian king who ruled from 1355 to 1371. He was part of the Nemanjić dynasty and succeeded his father, Stefan Uroš IV Dušan, who had expanded the Serbian Empire significantly. Uroš III's reign was marked by internal strife and the decline of centralized power, leading to challenges from noble families.
During his rule, Uroš III faced the growing threat of the Ottoman Empire and the fragmentation of his kingdom. His inability to maintain control over the nobility and defend against external forces contributed to the weakening of the Serbian state, ultimately leading to its disintegration after his death.
