USS Lawrence (DD-5)
The USS Lawrence (DD-5) was a destroyer in the United States Navy, launched on 4 July 1903. It was named after Captain James Lawrence, a naval officer known for his famous quote, "Don't give up the ship!" The ship was part of the Benson-class destroyers and served primarily in the early 20th century, participating in various naval exercises and operations.
