Turkmenbashi Tower
The Turkmenbashi Tower, also known as the Turkmenbashi Monument, is a prominent landmark located in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan. Standing at 211 meters tall, it is one of the tallest structures in the country and serves as a symbol of national pride. The tower features a golden dome and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens.
The tower was inaugurated in 2010 to honor Saparmurat Niyazov, the first President of Turkmenistan, who was also known as Turkmenbashi. It includes an observation deck that offers panoramic views of the city and is a popular spot for both locals and tourists.
