Thai Massage
Thai Massage is a traditional healing practice that combines acupressure, yoga-like stretching, and deep tissue work. Originating in Thailand, it aims to promote relaxation, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being. Practitioners use their hands, feet, and elbows to apply pressure along the body's energy lines, known as Sen lines.
During a session, clients typically wear loose, comfortable clothing and lie on a mat. The massage is performed without oils, allowing for a more dynamic range of movements. Thai Massage is often described as a dance between the therapist and the client, fostering a deep sense of connection and balance.
