Tōdaiji Temple
Tōdaiji Temple is a historic Buddhist temple located in Nara, Japan. Founded in the 8th century, it is renowned for housing the Great Buddha, a massive bronze statue known as Daibutsu. The temple complex is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and features impressive architecture, including the Great South Gate.
