Soyuz 36
Soyuz 36 was a Soviet space mission launched on June 27, 1980. It was part of the Soyuz program and aimed to transport two cosmonauts, Valery Kubasov and Alexander Serebrov, to the Salyut 7 space station. The mission lasted for 7 days, during which the crew conducted scientific experiments and performed maintenance tasks on the station.
The spacecraft successfully returned to Earth on July 4, 1980. Soyuz 36 was notable for being the first mission to carry a cosmonaut from Czechoslovakia, Vladimír Remek, who flew on a previous mission, highlighting international cooperation in space exploration.
