Sikh Leaders
Sikh leaders are individuals who guide and represent the Sikh community, often playing significant roles in religious, social, and political spheres. They are typically respected figures within the Sikh religion, which was founded in the 15th century by Guru Nanak. Prominent Sikh leaders include the ten Sikh Gurus, who provided spiritual teachings and established the core beliefs of Sikhism.
In modern times, Sikh leaders may also include politicians, activists, and community organizers who advocate for the rights and welfare of Sikhs. They work to promote the values of seva (selfless service), equality, and justice, which are central to Sikh teachings.
