Seated Row
The Seated Row is a strength training exercise that primarily targets the muscles in the back, particularly the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, and trapezius. It is typically performed using a cable machine or resistance bands, allowing for controlled movement and resistance. The exercise involves pulling a handle or bar towards the torso while seated, which helps improve upper body strength and posture.
To perform the Seated Row, sit on the machine with your feet planted on the footrest and grasp the handle with both hands. Keep your back straight and pull the handle towards your abdomen, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Slowly return to the starting position to complete one repetition.
