Sancho I of Navarre
Sancho I of Navarre, also known as Sancho I of Pamplona, was a king who ruled from 905 to 925 AD. He was a member of the House of Jiménez and is known for consolidating the power of the Kingdom of Navarre. His reign was marked by efforts to expand the kingdom's territory and influence in the region.
Sancho I was the son of King García I of Navarre and played a significant role in the early medieval history of the Iberian Peninsula. He is often remembered for his military campaigns against the Muslim states in the south and for strengthening the Christian presence in the area.
