Samuel L. Lewis
Samuel L. Lewis (1912-1971) was an American spiritual teacher, author, and founder of the Sufi order known as the Sufi Order International. He is often referred to as Sufi Sam and is recognized for his efforts to bridge Eastern and Western spiritual traditions. His teachings emphasized the importance of love, harmony, and the interconnectedness of all beings.
Lewis was also a prolific writer, producing numerous books and articles on spirituality, mysticism, and the Sufi path. He integrated various philosophies and practices, drawing from his experiences in Buddhism, Hinduism, and Christianity.
