Saint Norbert
Saint Norbert was a Christian saint and the founder of the Premonstratensian Order, also known as the Norbertines. Born around 1080 in Xanten, Germany, he dedicated his life to reforming the clergy and promoting a communal way of life among priests. Norbert emphasized the importance of living in accordance with the teachings of Jesus Christ.
He was ordained a priest and later became the Bishop of Augsburg. Saint Norbert is celebrated for his commitment to peace and his efforts to combat corruption within the Church. His feast day is observed on June 6, and he is recognized as a patron saint of peacekeepers and farmers.
